Certified High Net Worth Advisers
The inaugural High Net Worth Certification Graduation Ceremony in May recognised two cohorts of financial practitioners who graduated from the HNW Certification programme. They now hold the Certified HNW Adviser designation.
The HNW Certification programme is provided by the Insurance and Financial Practitioners Association of Singapore (IFPAS) in collaboration with its international education partner and course developer, Kaplan Professional Australia.
It is designed for financial advice practitioners and executives looking to deepen their understanding of Asia-Pacific’s rapidly expanding HNW sector to gain formal recognition of competence and skill in the High Net Worth sector.
Across the region, there is a growing need for advisers to solve increasingly complex problems for their clients and family offices. ASEAN is the world’s fifth-largest economy. And according to a Capgemini Asia-Pacific Wealth Report, Asia-Pacific High Net Worth Individuals’ wealth will surpass US$42 trillion by 2025.
The programme combines international best-practice and local market case studies in family wealth management to equip advisers with the knowledge and expertise to implement a step-by-step process for providing quality financial advice to HNW individuals.Â
The HNW Certification is accredited Level 2 and 3 by the Institute of Banking and Finance (IBF) under the Skills Framework for Financial Services.
This programme is purpose-built for experienced financial practitioners wishing to further their careers as recognised Senior Financial Planners within the IBF Skills Framework.
