Singapore FinTech Festival 2023: AI for good. AI for good?
The Financial Technology (FinTech) landscape is set to be electrified with the Singapore FinTech Festival (SFF) 2023, taking place from November 14 to 17. Now in its eighth edition, the festival will convene leaders and experts from around the world in finance, technology, and public policy, focusing on the pivotal role of Artificial Intelligence (AI).
SFF 2023’s theme, “AI for good. AI for good?” encapsulates the dual nature of AI — its potential to boost global GDP by US$7 trillion over the next decade, and the associated risks that come with its widespread adoption. SFF 2023 will delve into AI’s promise as well as pitfalls, providing a platform to explore a unified vision for the future, harnessing its benefits while mitigating its risks.
Besides focusing on Artificial Intelligence (AI), SFF 2023 will facilitate dialogues on re-architecting the financial system, preparing for future risks in technology and climate, and powering entrepreneurs and the future tech workforce.
SFF 2023 will expand on previous conversations about driving low-carbon transitions, enhancing financial inclusion of underserved populations, strengthening digital economy resilience, and scaling promising AI and Web3 solutions across regions.
